Wool
Wool is a type of fiber, made out of the hair of domesticated animals, typically sheep.
This fiber help keep the animal's body temperature, especially in cold climates.
Wool for making clothing, can be collected from animals that humans raise.
At the end of every winter, we use large scissors to cut the wool that grew all winter.
By the time that winter comes again, new wool will grow on the animal's skin.
The action of cutting wool is called: Shearing.
The wool that has been sheared is then sent to be washed.
After washing, the wool is made into wool threads by machines.
Wool is mostly used to make winter clothing, for example: Sweaters, scarfs, hats, etc.
